Through ourpolicies, training, and through our actions when an individual raises a concernabout sexual harassment, we have demonstrated that there shall not be anytolerances for these acts. However, we also know that a strong ethical culture, like most good things in life, requires time and effort to maintain. We cannotsimply sit back and assume that wrongdoing can’t or won’t happen at NBC.For this reason, we have asked the Ethics andCompliance Office to prepare specific training on the topic of sexualharassment. This training will soon be shared will all employees. We expectthis will serve as a strong reminder of our expectations and our principle ofrespect.

The training will emphasize the importance not only of avoidingharassing behavior but also of speaking up if you see such behavior, whether asa victim or a bystander.
