The likely to expand the number of “climate refugees”.

The Earths climate has been changing for billions of years, but why? climate occurs when greenhouse gas is released into the atmosphere due to human activity. There have been times when earth’s climate have been warmer than it is now. there have also been times when its cooler.

These times can last thousands or millions of years. Small changes in the Earth’s temperature can have big effects. Some effects are already occurring. warming of earth climate has caused some ice to melt. With that happening it has caused oceans to rise. Global warming has also had some impact on the economy.

Properties have been destroyed because of sea level rise. Also lost of productivity is an issue to daily life because it causes people to be unable to attend work, school, and etc. Global warming is most likely to expand the number of “climate refugees”.

Since other countries are having problems with drought, flooding, and etc they have come to the U.S or other countries.forest trees, like all plants, take in carbon dioxide and releases oxygen during photosynthesis. when trees are cut down or burned, their stored carbon is released into the air as carbon dioxide. And this increases the greenhouse effect.

More heat is being trapped in the atmosphere, causing the planet to become warmer than what it would normally be.  Climate change, changes the chemistry of the ocean leading to ocean acidification.  Much of the carbon dioxide that enters the atmosphere dissolves into the ocean.  This is what effects the corals in the ocean. Many marine organisms that produce skeletons are negatively impacted. Rapid global warming can affect an ecosystems chances to adapt naturally and so biodiversity loss increases. The warmer atmosphere triggers climate change, or normal climate patterns alter. The rapid climate change and accelerating biodiversity loss risks human security.

For example, a major change in the food chain upon which we need, water sources may change, recede or disappear, medicines, and other resources.     “Global warming is increasing the frequency and intensity of some types of extreme weather.” (

Wet places have become wetter, dry places have become drier. “Heat waves have become more frequent, while very cold days have decreased”(climate there are longer dry periods between rainfalls. You can reduce your carbon footprint from food by eating locally-produced and organic food. It has been estimated that thirteen percent of U.S greenhouse gas emissions result from the production and transport of food.
