The focus of this study is to gain a perception into the current HRM policies and practice and its effect on employee’s satisfaction at Big Bang Computers Ltd. As the reader flips through the pages of this report they will come across changes that have been brought into the staffing, performance appraisal, and a respective compilation of general HR activities. In addition to that the report also gives a sneak peek into Big Bang Computers Ltd history, vision; mission its services. There are some very important issues like employees’ compensation management, HR budgeting etc.
which could not be included in the report for confidential issue. But I have tried my level best to work with the most important Human Resource activities, which I have illustrated through the report. To prepare the report as an apprentice I have taken necessary assistance from the Big Bang Computers Ltd during my internship period. The rule about the review of the progress of the employees’ performance is specified in the performance appraisal policy by the company’s own policy.For conducting this study, 50 employees were selected from Big Bang Computers Ltd. The questionnaire was developed by using a five-point Likert scale. In this study, I used sample questionnaires to examine employee’s satisfaction. From the Study we found that some of the employees are displeased with the compensation package of the company followed by reward and motivation, career development, training and development, management system, and job structure and responsibilities.
So, these HRM extents quality should be upgraded for the betterment of Big Bang Computers Ltd’s accomplishment. To prepare the report as an apprentice I have taken needed assistance from the Big Bang Computers Ltd during my internship period.
