QUALITY OF SOFTWARE AND PROJECT QUALITY With an idea to get maximum results from the integrated ITIL software, there is need touse the comprehensive tools and techniques that support the effective implementation that will enhance the delivery of the service. However, it is found that 6 out of 160 possible rending organizations implemented ITIL  software tool which reflects poor performance of ITIL implementation.

On ther other hand, the score of successful ITIL implementation in Nordic countries is merely 3.2 which is just above the average score. However, it is found that the ITIL tools are still immature which is required to improve to increase the score (Brooks, 2006). The implement of the ITIL services is reduced because of the low quality but unfortunately, this factor is not giving the required concern to improve the quality of the software.

 Moreover, from the research, it is shown that organization agree with the positive response towards the quality. However, the satisfaction of the staff is lowest which is quite considerable. 3. EFFECTS OF ITIL SOFTWARE ON ITIL IMPLEMENTATION With propose to study and evaluate the software and quality of the project influence on the ITIL process, the research model is designed.

In this regards, the factors that are addressed are including the organizational resources and the commitment of the organization to treat with the control variables. The quality of the project, as well as the ITIL implementation, received the effects fo the variables. With the senior staff management, a considerable increase is experienced in the quality of the project. Moreover, when the organizational resources increased, then the ITIL implementation decreased whereas the experience and time are found as to have a psotiveimpact on the development of the variance construct. In this regards to reduce the efficiency in the process of implementation time taken by the software and project find to have great infleucne.  Considering this, it is found that there is a deep relationship between the quality of the project with the ITIL experience (McNaughton, 2010). CONCLUSIONS 1.

     Since the introduction of the ITIL in the year 2000-4 it hastransformed the department of information technology.  In the regard, the further development was made in the 2007. 2.     In the year 2010, many organizations have installed ITIL systems for the delivery of the services.  With the implemenation of the ITIL systems the organizations have achieved the marure status. Howeve, the organization in the Nordic region have to go a long way to achive the mature staus by implementing ITIL.

3.     High quality software and project concisely leads towards the benefist of the implementation process. 4.     The inclusion of the control varibels in the ITIL implementation shows that these variables as great influence in the quality of the ITIL implementation. 5.

     The experience doesn’t have significant infllunece on the ITIL project quality. 6.     There was a negative output was  found  between the organizational resources with respect to the ITIL implementation processes.
