Indonesia is a secular democratic country that has a Muslim majority population. The type of Muslims that are Indonesia they go by the name Shia Islam represents small minority in largely Sunni Muslim country. More than one million Indonesians are shias. Composed of 17,508 islands covering approximately 1,919,440 square kilometers , it takes over 12 hours of flying time to get from one end of the country to the other end. There are 5 beautiful important islands the first one is call Bali is an Indonesian island known for its forested volcanic mountains. Iconic rice paddies , beaches and coral reefs. This island Bali is also known for its yoga and meditation retreats. A lot of people that visit this island describe it as heaven it’s make people feel as tho they are home to religious sites such as cliffside uluwatu temple. The next island I’m going to tell you about is java lying between Sumatra and Bali , is a volcano dotted island that at the geographic and economic center of Indonesia a home to more than half its people. Java’s largest city is modern, sprawling Jakarta , the nation capital. Sumatra, a large Indonesian island west of java and south of the Malay peninsula is known for its rugged tropical terrain, wildlife and smoldering volcanoes. In 2014 yudhoyono finished his second presidential term and was barred from seeking re-election. A Lot of people that visit indonesia say that it known and famous for the volcanoes, including krakatoa and tambora, both famous for their devastating eruptions in the 19th century…. However , volcanic ash is a major contributor to the high agricultural fertility that has historically sustained the high population densities of java and bali. Indonesians also have a sense of style as well. Most indonesians wear ‘western’ style clothing for everyday wear. Men wear pants and shirts, sometimes with a tie. Women generally wear dresses or skirts and blouses. Indonesian clothing is light in weight because of the hot and humid climate. The indonesian flag is a horizontal bicolor with two equal horizontal bars the height of the flag is two-thirds the width. In indonesia this flag is called sang saka merah putih meaning lofty bicolor red and white. The red symbolizes human blood and white represents the human spirits. There are a lot of fun places that are in indonesia the ubud monkey forest lies within the village of padangtegal, which owns it. The villages residents view the monkey forest as an important spiritual, economic, educational, and conservation center for the village. There are many of point of interest that you can see. So I wanted to know if there was any type of dangerous animals that lived in indonesia so i checked into it so the animal i found was sumatran tiger or panthera tigris sumatrae these animals is critically endangered species in the world but most of these animals is protected by animals in indonesia. There are only 350 sumatran tigers living in their habitat. Sumatran tiger is one of few animals which could extinct by 2050. These forest that these animals are living in is like home specially to marvelous creatures such  as proboscis monkey, sun bear, clouded leopard, flying fox bat, sumatran tiger, sumatran rhino, and pygmy elephant. What made me choose to talk about this island is that I always wanted to visit Bora Bora like thats my dream place to go. But me wanting to go to bora bora i wanted to know more like is there any other island ? what do people like to do ? what there style ? ….. And everything I wanted to know I got my answer to it indonesia is not just any island its known for being the most stress free, most beautiful looking places in the world. I had such amazing time learning about this island like it just open my eyes to a lot of new things i never heard of a monkey that’s the main the main thing that interested me because i love monkeys so much i think they just so cute and fun and wanna be free like i just love them they like running wild and just being free and what i mean by free is climbing, swinging from vine to vine. Another place i would love to visit in indonesia is the sendang tiu in lombok. Its looks like there’s one big massive waterfall in the middle with ten smaller one rushing down a dark stone wall, and some nice bright green vines spreading apart like they were designed and maintained by a professional landscaper. The water is very cold it’s also dangerous because in order to get to the waterfall you have to walk on slippery stones in rushing waters to get to the base of it. Another amazing waterfall that everybody say is just beautiful is Air Terjun Moramo, Sulawesi, Moramo waterfall sourced from the Tambolosu Mountains and located in kawasan Suka Alam Tanjung Peropa, Sulawesi Tenggara. It’s exactly 60 km away from the city of kendari. Also about Moramo you will find there panoramic view of beautiful greenery, butterflies and chirping birds. Also may see sulawesi’s endangered species, including black monkeys and dwarf buffalo. If i could ever go to indonesia i would be the most happiest person living. I find indonesia very different from other countries because of it features everything just different. A Lot of people that so they’re never wanna go back home that’s how beautiful it is and its things to do like zip lining, jumping off a cliff and into the water, water rides, just so much. I’m glad i got to learn about indonesia hopefully one day i will be able to go and enjoy like everybody else.
